STP at KroeseOn Saturday October 7 I am going to launch my conceptual record Scratch Tick Pop - A Compilation of Scraps from 527 Ruined Vinyl Records by Barry van der Rijt at Kroese Nijmegen. For Scratch Tick Pop, I searched in collections of record owners for sounds that you just do not want on your vinyl: scratches, ticks and noises. Eventually I collected 527 fragments, which I then put back on a vinyl record, resulting in an equally fascinating and bizarre compilation. The launch is from 16h45 to 17h30 at Kroese Nijmegen. You are cordially invited to attend.
